All of our boxes are posted at the same time. On or around the 15th of the month, they’re sent via Royal Mail, and should take a couple of days to arrive. To receive the current month’s box, all orders must be placed by the 12th of the month. Don’t worry if you placed your order after the 12th, you’ll receive next month’s box!
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. You can also choose to pause your subscription if you just want to take a break.
Please note, if you have signed up for a specific subscription term e.g. three or six boxes, you can cancel but your subscription will continue until the end of that term. Cancellation will mean that it will not renew once the initial committment period has ended.
You will be billed on the same date each month depending on when you first subscribed, for example, if you signed up on the 2nd of the month, your billing date will be the on or around the 2nd of each month going forward.
