By purchasing any of our subscription or gift boxes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Site.

Online Purchases and Terms of Sale

To subscribe to any of our subscriptions, you are required to provide personal information. All information is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility: This Site is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By accepting these Terms of Use, you warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the Site.

Registration: You must create an account to purchase from our Site.

Subscribing: By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fee for the goods delivered for the term agreed upon by both parties.

Any introductory discount applied to a 3-month, 6-month or 12-month subscription indicates that your first month is an introductory month. You are required to complete the full term of your subscription commitment before you can cancel.

Subscription Renewal: By subscribing to Bride Box, you understand and agree that you will be charged at the standard rate after any promotional period ends. The Company does not accept responsibility for auto-renewals if you fail to cancel your subscription before your renewal date. Subscriptions are automatically billed after the initial term unless set to cancel before the final payment date.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription by logging into your account on the Bride Box website at any time. However, cancelling your subscription does not initiate a refund if you fail to cancel before the renewal date.

Your subscription is continuous until you cancel, and if you cancel before the end of an existing subscription period, you will be charged for the remainder of that subscription period.

Bride Box is a subscription service; by signing up you agree it is your responsibility to cancel your own subscription by logging into your account profile. The Company do not accept responsibility to cancel your account on your behalf. It is up to the customer alone to cancel the subscription. Cancellations must be completed before the next renewal date. Your subscription will renew on the same date of the month that you signed up after your commitment period ends. For example, if you sign up for 3 months on the 2nd of January your membership will automatically renew on 2nd April.

You must cancel your subscription 24 hours before the renewal date. If you do not cancel prior to the renewal date of a calendar month, you will be charged for that month’s service and you will receive your subscription box. All cancellation requests received after the renewal date of a calendar month will apply to the following calendar month.

Billing & Payments: Your account will be automatically charged each month for your ongoing subscription. If you have committed to a subscription longer than one month (e.g., three month or six month plans), you will be charged each month during that period. If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the current period, it will automatically renew on a monthly basis.

Prepaid credit/debit cards are not accepted. If your payment method reaches its expiration date, you authorize us to continue billing the updated method until you notify us or the credit card company that the account is invalid.

Your Personal Data: Your security is paramount to us. We use a reputable third party to process all payments ‘Stripe Europe Ltd’ (Data Protection Ref: 13901/A) and Paypal, and you agree that we can store your information with this party. You also acknowledge that we will not be held responsible for any third party security breaches.

Shipping

Our listed prices include shipping fees unless otherwise stated. All orders placed on our website are subject to availability. Products will be shipped according to our Site’s shipping terms.

Loss of Goods: Our delivery company is responsible for the delivery of all goods ordered. If your box does not arrive within 7 days of your payment renewal date, please contact us via email (hello@bridebox.co.uk)

Return / Refund Policy

All sales and subscriptions made on our Site are final. If there is a problem or defect with any product delivered by Bride Box, we will do our utmost to rectify the issue. Products must be returned unopened, unused, and intact. We will not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used products.

Correspondence

We send email correspondence and newsletters following orders and registrations. You may opt out at any time.

Pricing/Errors

Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We may cancel any offer and reserve the right to correct errors, including after an order has been submitted. If your credit/debit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, we will issue a refund.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt. The Company reserves the right to decline sales to any party.

Warranty

You are responsible for determining if the products you receive are suitable for you. You agree that any damage arising from the use of our products will be credited towards your next subscription as decided by Bride Box. We do not offer any compensation under any circumstance.

The Site is owned by Bride Box. All content displayed on the Site, including text, graphics, images, software, and the selection thereof, is the property of Bride Box or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Use of the Site

All content is intended for customers of Bride Box. You may not use the Site for any purpose not related to your business with Bride Box. Prohibited activities include copying or retransmitting content, data mining, unauthorized subscription activities, modifying any part of the Site, disabling security features, selling content without authorization, and using the Site for any unintended purpose.

Bride Box and its agents will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site or its products. The total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the subscription in the month in question.

Termination

Bride Box reserves the right to terminate your account and block your use of the Site without notice.
